Bellerive Bluff House
This site is surrounded by water and city views as well as a significant Tasmanian heritage precinct. To encourage a strong relationship between the dwelling and these important external characteristics, the building reaches out from within with a variety of horizontal and external planes. These elements are then constructed in a variety of materials to reflect the surrounding context as well as providing warmth and texture to the occupants.
